USF selected to host hundreds of young inventors from across the state in annual competition
The °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ was named the official °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ state affiliate for Invention Convention Worldwide, a competition from The Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation. The program will give students statewide the opportunity to showcase their inventive projects, compete for awards and potentially advance to the national competition.

Researchers at the °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ have released results from a nationwide survey that measures attitudes related to a variety of national security topics. The findings include opinions about the violence in the Middle East, the war in Ukraine and the handling of classified information by elected officials.

After housing more than 5,000 rescued corals for three months due to unprecedented water temperatures that caused a massive coral bleaching event off the coast of °®ÎÛ´«Ã½, the °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ Institute of Oceanography’s Keys Marine Laboratory is now ready to return corals to the sea.

USF Health, Tampa General expand medical training opportunities to strengthen pipeline of health care workforce
USF Health Morsani College of Medicine and Tampa General Hospital will launch a new medical residency training program in anesthesiology. Residents in the four-year program will work at Tampa General Hospital and other TGH locations throughout the Tampa Bay region and be trained by USF Health faculty.
