Amazon Fulfillment Center TPA4: Behind-the-Scenes Tour
February 9, 2026, 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

What happens after you place an order when you shop on Amazon? Join us for a guided walking tour of Amazon's robotic fulfillment center in Temple Terrace. Learn how customer orders are processed, packed and shipped. The facility known as TPA4 opened in 2021, the fifth Amazon robotics fulfillment center to launch in °®ÎŰ´«Ă˝. It stands four stories tall and is the size of eight football fields. This is a non-stop walking tour that includes stairs and takes you one mile in length in about 90 minutes. The tour is not recommended for those with mobility issues. Safety headsets will allow you to hear the guide as she takes us through a noisy, fast-paced labyrinth of state-of-the-art robots and rolling conveyor belts. Parking is free at this facility.
Herrmann’s Royal Lipizzans Performance: Self-drive Day Trip
April 18, 2026, 10 a.m. – 12 Noon

Join OLLI-USF for a day trip to Myakka City to see a performance of the world-famous Herrmann’s Royal Lipizzans on. The performance begins at 10:00 a.m. so plan to arrive by 9:30 to park, get your ticket, and reach your reserved seat. The Lipizzan horse is one of the rarest breeds in the world. They are known as being the “ballerinas of the horse world” as well as war horses capable of advanced combat maneuvers. Majestic and proud, these diamonds of Hapsburg royalty are on the endangered species list. Transportation is the responsibility of each OLLI member. Mobility issues are addressed with reserved parking and seating. Discounted tickets for OLLI members are available the day of the performance at the box office for $15 each.

Laissez les bon temps rouler on our seven-day New Orleans and Cajun Country trip. In New Orleans we’ll tour the
French Quarter, enjoy café au lait and beignets at the Café du Monde, take a Mississippi
River Cruise on a Paddle-wheeler, and visit the Mardi Gras World museum. Then on to
Cajun Country, a unique blend of French, Creole and Caribbean influences, highlighted
by an eerie Bayou Cruise, a true Louisiana experience.
